Diesel cost at new high as fuel costs climbed for 22nd time in a little more than three weeks 

Diesel cost on Monday scaled another high after costs were climbed for the 22nd time in a little more than three weeks, taking the combined increment to Rs 11.14 per liter.

There was no adjustment in costs on Sunday.
