Nepal border post near Kalapani; House to vote today on map 

A day before voting within the Upper House on a constitution amendment Bill seeking approval for the country’s new map that has territories with India, Nepal’s Army chief General Purna Chandra Thapa inspected a replacement security post at Changru near Kalapani Wednesday.

Genera Thapa was amid Shailendra Khanal, Chief of the Armed police that guards Nepal’s borders.
